Founded in 2011 by spouses Rosauro and Linafe Mangaser, R2B2 Realty & Development Corporation started its real estate venture with an 8-stall commercial property rental located in Naga Street, Las Pinas City. After the successful completion of the project, the company then purchased another condominium property in Chateau Elyse, Paranaque. The said property is intended to serve to foreigners looking at an economical space longer than a month stay in the area of Paranaque.
To date, R2B2 Realty & Development Corporation is training its eyes on completing the project in Baler Street, Valenzuela Village, in Makati City. The project is a four-storey mixed residential office space structure. The residential part would be partially serviced spaces for foreign guests or balikbayans. The penthouse office on the other hand, will serve as the new head office of the firm. In January 2013, the company completed the transfer of title of one parcel of land located in the upscale, exclusive village,Terraza de Punta Fuego in Natipuan Nasugbu, Batangas. This lot is intended to be one of the company’s show cases in the plan to develop tourism destinations for foreigners and balikbayans.
Thus, R2B2 Realty &Development Corporation sees the coming year as a year of infusion and expansion. It will continue to venture into development of real properties in Muntinlupa, Manila, Tagaytay, Batangas, and Palawan. Also, a ZipLine adventure tour is being introduced in Barrio Panuca Nasugbu, Batangas to complement the Terrazas de Punta Fuego tourism destination.
All in all, R2B2 Realty and Development Corporation will be aggressive in the Eco-tourism space and thus, add value to our government’s program to be the preferred destinations of foreigners and Pinoy balikbayans enjoying the many beautiful sites in our country.
